By accessing or using Mavrk via our website (mavrk.xyz), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Overview of the Service

Mavrk is a decentralized token deployment platform for BNB Smart Chain (BSC) and BASE. It allows users to launch fully verified tokens via a web interface. Each token is paired into a V3 liquidity pool and the LP NFT is automatically locked.

Token contracts:

  • Are immutable

  • Contain no callable functions

  • Cannot be altered post-deployment

Launch fee includes deployment, contract verification, pool creation, LP locking, and gas. Mavrk does not hold custody over any assets after deployment.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old

  • You must be legally permitted to use crypto tools in your jurisdiction

  • Usage is prohibited in sanctioned regions

  • You may not deploy fraudulent, malicious, or illegal projects

3. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure your token/project complies with all laws

  • Secure your wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)

  • Mavrk cannot recover lost keys or access credentials

4. Service Mechanics

  • You connect a wallet and provide token data

  • You pay a flat launch fee (0.015 BNB or 0.000555 ETH)

  • The platform deploys and finalizes your token, pool, and lock

Remaining funds are swept to the Mavrk treasury wallet to support the protocol.

5. Fee Policy

  • All fees are one-time and non-refundable

  • Future pricing changes may occur and will be announced publicly

  • No hidden taxes, royalties, or token supply cuts apply

6. Acknowledgment of Risk

  • You launch tokens at your own risk

  • Mavrk provides no financial advice or token promotion services

  • Tokens are immutable and irreversible once deployed

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Mavrk is provided “as is” with no uptime or performance guarantees

  • We are not liable for bugs, losses, or market outcomes

  • Max liability is limited to the fee paid per token (0.015 BNB / 0.000555 ETH)

8. Termination

  • You may stop using the platform at any time

  • We may block access if terms are violated

  • Deployed tokens remain live on-chain permanently
