By using the Sentry Trading Bot (the "Bot"), you agree to the terms below.
Non-Custodial Wallets
Your wallets are non-custodial.
We do not take custody of your funds.
Private Keys and Security
Private keys are encrypted in the database.
Private keys are never exposed to users or staff.
We use security measures designed to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
No Financial Advice
The Bot and all communications are for informational purposes only.
Nothing we provide is financial, legal, or tax advice.
You are responsible for doing your own research and making your own decisions.
Trading Risk and Loss of Funds
Trading involves risk. You can lose all or part of your funds.
You are solely responsible for your trading activity, gains, and losses.
We are not responsible for any losses, missed opportunities, slippage, fees, or market conditions.
User Actions and Irreversible Changes
If you delete a group, reset bundle wallets, or take actions that cause loss of access or assets, those losses are yours.
We are not responsible for losses caused by user actions or misconfiguration.
No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Bot.
You use the Bot at your own risk.
Acceptance
By using the Bot, you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Bot.
